The sitewww. Bella-K.com is a wholesale site only. Selling only to retailers. Reseller's or Tax Identification is required to sign up for an account. All accounts are monitored and go through a validation process.
There is a minimum $100 purchase. If the shopping cart has items that total less than $100, user will not be able to purchase the items.
The site www.bellakwholesale.com, is constantly striving to serve the customers with the best quality customer service. The workers of www. Bella-K.com constantly strive to ensure fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. When orders are received during business hours, the workers at www. Bella-K.com will try to get the order out the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of two business days. For shipping rates and arrival times please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided. Normal shipping pickup time is 4PM PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays for UPS. All orders received before 1PM, will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the next day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on next business day. If there is an urgent matter with shipping please email us as soon as possible to sort them out. Returns
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 5 business days of the delivered date. There will be a 30% stocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped.
NOTE:
1. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email ONLY number within 5 business days of receipt before making a return: To request an RMA number please fill out the form completely and email it to us info@Bella-K.com You can download the RMA form here. Please be sure to let us know in your email: (1) Which item you would like to return. (2) Why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.
2. Please note: For a return to be accepted for store credit "Customer Points", items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
3. For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 30% restocking fee.
4.No return, No exchange, No store credit after 7 days from when customer receive package.
When returning the items please return by usps or ups , (SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN ITEMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER METHODS) pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Refunds will only be given as "Customer Points". Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
The site www.Bella-K.com accepts most major credit cards through payment gateway of Authorize.Net. Moreover, PayPal is also accepted for PayPal account holders and credit card processing. Direct Deposit/ACH (Automated Clearing House) is available. Please email workers of www.Bella-K.com, to process payments by Direct Deposit/ACH. International credit card is not accepted using Authorize.Net. To place an international order, please use the Direct Deposit/ACH or PayPal.
The site www.Bella-K.com uses the gateway payment company called "Authorize.Net". Authorize.Net is a very secure company and accepts most major credit cards. The site www.Bella-K.com has set few added security option. For this reason all buyers are required to input the CVV/CCV (Card Verification Value / Card Code Verification). This is a 3 to 4 digit number on all major credit cards. Furthermore, the order will NOT be processed if the billing and shipping address does NOT match. Lastly, Authorize.Net will NOT accept any international credit card.

PayPal is also a popular payment gateway. There are two ways to pay with PayPal. First is to register an account with PayPal. Second is to pay using credit card. PayPal accepts users to have different shipping and billing addres. Moreover, international payments can be made if the user registers an account with PayPal. Registration is free and easy. If there is a problem in trying to pay with Credit Card on PayPal, please read the below direction
When you move on from our website to PayPal, there should be a page that has a section to enter the credit card information. On the left side of the page is the place to input all the information for a credit card transaction. On the right side, is the user name and password for members who already have a PayPal account. Direct bank to bank wire transfer. This is the easiest and most preferred method of payment, especially when doing an international order. This method is very safe since the wire transfer is made through the banks. To do a bank-to-bank wire transfer, please call the workers of www.Bella-K.com and request for the bank's routing number and account number. When the amount is placed in and confirmed, Customer Points will be added to the user. The payment and shopping can all be done without any discomfort.
Customer Points is a system made for store credit ONLY. When items are returned the refund amount is given through the customer points system. Whenever, customer points' status is updated, an information email will be sent to the customer. When customer points are available, that payment method can be used to purchase items. Furthermore, combination of points and credit card or Paypal can be used to purchase items.
Customer Points have one-year expiration period. If customers do not use the points within one year the points will be deleted automatically. There will be an automatic email sent out a month before the points expire.
Customer Points can also be used a method of payment as it is combined with wire transfer. When the confirmation of wire transfer is received, the equivalent amount of points will be added to the customer's account, a great method for international customer.

The site www.Bella-K.com is a wholesale site only. All users must have Reseller's Permit or Tax ID to register and purchase items. Furthermore, since the site www.Bella-K.com is a wholesale site all item are not charged with tax. California Reseller's Permit Application States:

Yes you can use our pictures on your site. However, you need to receive confirmation and validation from us through email before you start using the images.
To save the image you need to be logged into your account. Select the specific item. Click on "Review", and then click the image to enlarge. Once a pop-up window is shown with the enlarge size of the image, right click on the image and then save the image.
If the item(s) is not in stock we will ship out item(s) in the order that is in stock. However, you can exchange the item(s) not in stock for item(s) of same value. You need to email us before 4PM PST to exchange the out of stock items with another item(s). It is also preferred if you place in the comment area during your order to indicate if you want to replace out of stock item(s) with other item(s). Please note exchanging your times will delay the order processing time.
We do have USPS delivery method. If you prefer USPS instead of UPS then please make note on "Add Comments About Your Order" section, during the check out process.
There is no holding of items. We are always updating the website with new items and styles it will be very difficult for us if we have to hold items for specific people.
Our sever will remember the items that are in your shopping cart. However, that will not guarantee a hold. Since we are in an industry where fashion and design is constantly changing we are getting new items added on a daily bases. So all our items are on a "first come, first service", meaning no items can be held for anyone. Whoever purchases the items first will receive it.
UPS does have Saturday delivery available, however there is an extra charge added. If it is imperative that the item gets delivered on Saturday, please give us a call to work out the matter.
Customer's credit card information is a big liability. Our system and payment gateway is made so that no credit card number is stored in our system. Once the customer enters the number, we do NOT and will NOT keep it in our server or system.
Yes we do ship internationally. We only ship to the countries that is listed when user sign up for an account. We will not ship to country that is different from the billing address provided by the user.
We would prefer the customer to use our conventional payment method that is offered on our website. However, ACH (Automated Clearing House) or Direct Deposit and Money Order payment method is available. There is an extra fee of $10.00 for Money Order. For Money Order please make payable to "Bella-K LLC". Note: Money Order is for selected and approved customers only. If you want to use ACH or Direct Deposit or Money Order please give us a call and we will give you instruction on how to process the payment.
No we do not take C.O.D (Cash On Delivery) orders.
We do NOT take Fax or Phone Orders. This is mainly because we need to receive the credit card information and keep it stored, which is a great liability for the customer as well as www.Bella-K.com. Authorize.Net our payment process gateway program does not store any credit card information. The server of www.Bella-K.com also does not store any customer's credit card information.
Once customer points have been added to your account, you'll receive an email notification of how many points you have. Once you are ready to purchase what is in your cart, a payment option of paying with your points will appear. If you do not have enough points to buy all the things in your shopping cart, you can combine it with other payment method.
The workers of www.Bella-K.com are constantly striving to make the user's shopping experience easy and convenient. When items are not in stock the workers turn off the items so that it will not be displayed to the users. However, since there are items being constantly added and edited, there are some that might not be updated. Please email the workers of www.Bella-K.com for information on a specific item.
You can check the status of your order by the email notifications that are sent to you. Also you can log into your account. Go to "My Account" and then go to "View the orders I have made".
You can print your invoice by logging into your account. Click on "My Account" and then "View the Orders I have Made". From here you can choose the specific order you want to print. Use the Internet Browser option to print the order.
Our default method of shipment is UPS. The weight, size of the package distance and method of travel calculate the amount. The respective shipping service companies provide all shipping rates and amounts for us.
If the order is received before 1PM PST, we can have it shipped out the same day. However, during busy times such as Mondays, it might be very difficult. Also orders received on weekends will be shipped out first thing on Monday. Delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen.
There are many variables for shipping days. First is which shipping method was chosen. By default, UPS ground is chosen unless changed by the customers. Moreover, workers of www.Bella-K.com do everything in our abilities to get the package ready for shipment.
Since www.Bella-K.com is located in Los Angeles, the time that it takes to reach the Eastern part of United States is longer than that of the Western part. The minimum order amount is $100, there are no exceptions.
To change the shipping address, please give us call. We do try to send out all our orders as soon as possible.
If the item has been shipped out already to change the shipping address after, there will be $11.00 charge for it. Since the item needs to be re-routed and also processed again.
When the customer places the credit card number and billing information it is very important that there is no error. Moreover, for Authorize.Net the billing and shipping address MUST be the same for the order to be processed. Also the policy from Authorize.Net states:
When a transaction is declined for Address Verification Service (AVS) or Card Code Verification (CCV), the transaction has still been approved by the card issuing bank. Meaning the requested funds have been placed on hold, thereby reducing the customer's available credit. This is not an actual charge to the credit card and the card issuing bank releases funds back to the card after the authorization expires (usually within two weeks but up to one month depending on the credit card issuing bank). If requested, a hold can potentially be voided by contacting the customer's credit card issuing bank.
If you call the credit card issuing bank to request a void, you must have the transaction's authorization code, the credit card type that was used for the transaction, and your Merchant Number associated with that card association (e.g. Visa). If you don't know your Merchant Number, please call your Merchant Service Provider (MSP).
If you want to get the hold on the account released, please do not call or email www.Bella-K.com. We do not have the authority or the ability to release your hold. You need to contact your bank. Some banks may take longer to release the hold, and that is the policy of the bank. Authorize.Net also does not have the ability to release the hold on your bank.
Our shipping companies e.g. UPS.com provide tracking number. If there is a problem with the tracking number please email us and we will be sure to see if we provided you with the correct tracking number. If the tracking number we provided is the correct, please email the shipping company if you are not able to track your shipment.
One the most common error is when inputting the credit card number and billing address. Since there are many digits, this is where human error can occur. Also our system does require that the billing address and credit card information MUST BE THE SAME. Furthermore, CVV (Card Verification Value) is required for all credit cards. CVV is a three to four digit code on either the front or back of the credit card. Please fill out all required information to process orders and registration on www.Bella-K.com. Required information is indicated on each site.

Customer Points is used for store credit ONLY. The site www.Bella-K.com uses customer points as a method of refund. When items are returned and workers of www.Bella-K.com issue a refund, points will be added to your user's account. Once customer points are added there will be a notification email sent to the user.
A.M. service for shipment is receiving your items before noon. However, only certain places have this option available. To know if your address has A.M. service available, please give us a call. If there is no call from you and A.M. service is not available, we will send it and get it delivered on the next fastest method. The extra charge money for A.M. service will be refunded back to the customer.
The primary shipping method use is UPS. However, other shipping methods are used when it is requested or for international shipping. To use other shipping method, please make note on "Add Comments About Your Order" section, during the check out process.
Tracking numbers are usually emailed to the customer. Also you can go to your "Orders" when you log into your account to the tracking number. If the tracking number is not shown even though the order status is "Shipped Out", please email us so that we can provide the number.
Reseller's permit number or tax ID number is given, by the city office, which your business is registered under. This number is required to register and sign up with our site. Moreover, reseller"s or tax ID number will be validated. For more information please refer to the "Sales Tax / Reseller's Permit or Tax ID" section in the Store Policy.
